we have invested in equipment specifically designed for producing injection mold components, including CNC machines, EDM machines, Japanese EWAG Universal Tooling Grinders, Rollomatic NP5, and WAIDA CNC grinding machines.
These machines allow us to produce custom injection mold tooling with precision and accuracy, achieving strict tolerances of 0.002mm for ID/OD, concentricity/roundness/cylindricity, and parallelism/verticality, ensuring high-quality results for our clients.
Our in-house facility is equipped with advanced machines and staffed by experienced professionals, which enables us to produce high-quality, precise, and efficient injection molding parts.
