Superior Surface Treatments and Material Selection for Robust Machinery Components

To enhance the durability and corrosion resistance of these parts, we offer various surface treatments, such as chromium (Cr) plating, titanium nitride (TiN) and titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coatings, case hardening, and blackening. In addition, nitriding and anodizing processes can be applied to increase surface hardness.

Materials primarily used by us include carbon steel like S45C, bearing steel like SUJ2, free-cutting steel like SUM, and structural steel such as SNCM439 and SCM440.

By utilizing these high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes, we deliver reliable and long-lasting machinery components tailored to meet the demands of various industries.

  • Parts machined will follow ISO 2768-m (medium) or ISO 2768-f (fine).
  • We guarantee on following ISO 2768 standards for all CNC machined parts and other components  that do not include specific tolerance requirements.
  • For even tighter tolerances on shafts, we offer custom quotes as a free service.

Lead times will vary depending on your project complexity and our capacity:

For larger projects, in general, you can expect shipment 2-3 weeks after sending in your confirmed order.

With rapid one-off CNC prototypes, global delivery can be within 10 days.

We ensure confidentiality across the entirety of your order; original drawings are not shared with 3rd party suppliers as all our production is done in-house.If you would like some additional reassurance, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
